Let there be Light!

Everyone is saying that 27/12 is the darkest day in Pakistan's history which makes me wonder that is it indeed the darkest day, or more darkness is yet to come!

Everyone is shocked but not surprised with the event that unfolded itself yesterday. She said that to elminiate terrorirsm you need to fight it not fear it. But was this price that she had to pay, necessary to continue the fight?

The result of this unknown, unforceable & unpredicatable fight is not yet disclosed and may be its impact on the future of a nation & its people can never be estimated completely. Her demise is indeed sad but it surely boasts of the path power traces for influencing the "influencials". The power hungry can see the outcome of their acts in front of their eyes every single minute but still I think it is a beam of hope that they'll be spared of the evil despite the evil, which keeps them going.

In the end, terrorism is something which seriously needs to be curbed to the last ounce but the million dollar question remains- " Is a zilch terrorism scenario possible; when the "Avam" is hoping and trusting the intiators & catalysts to be the culminators!!??!".

Terrorism,I believe, is 20th century biggest irony, rather than tragedy. You would be surprised to know, that until a decade ago, Bhagat singh was proudly proclaimed to be part of the terrorist movement that fought to free India. But than, that was against imperialism that had some physical manifestation. In the last two decades starting with be it kashmir or chechenya,it has assumed different meaning. The goals of the perpretrators have not changed but they have assumed different meaning. There is no border to secure, no imperialist to be fought against. Now those who fight and terrorise are not looking for salvation in the flag of one particular nation rising high, but its more a question of idealogy. And, in questions of Idealogy, nothing can prove what is right or who is right. If killing is bad then why did Rama kill Ravana,or why Krishna goaded a reluctant Arjun to go and kill his own brothers. The question remains...and three words will keep intreaguing us for the generations to come..truth,justice, and violence. Can the former two be achieved without the later one. History confuses us on this quite a bit

Terrorism, Jehad, Holy War, watever you call it is all the same. Killing innocent people under this garb is pardonless and downright deplorable.

As it's commonly said, each side has a story to tell, so what does the terrorists have to tell? Why are they doing it now? Did I hear for Peace???Stability maybe??? Well the jokes on them. For once I agree with Bush "Bomb them back to primitivity"
